Using crime data compiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, neighborhoodscout.com made a list of neighborhoods with the highest predicted rates of violent crime in the United States. The Orleans Street and Front Street neighborhood in south Baltimore was 20th on the list, with a projected one in nine chance of being a crime victim.
